What provider do I make the appointment with?
You will ask to make the appointment with Dr. Quaglia he is the main provider that is in the office Monday – Friday.
How long do the forms and labs take to get to you surgent office?
The clearance forms and labs take a week to get back to Dr. Quaglia to approve to send out to your surgent office.
